I think, if you use that font, just delete the text. And the border is back :S

also place border layer on top of the all the other layers and as they already said, scanlines layer is to go under the render layers

matter of fact, yes i am blind.. only partially though and my screens contrast and colours appear darker than they are so its even harder for me to make out dark colours, i cant see the fucking lines damnit!
the border would look better if you put it over the render..
scanlines should go between the background and the renders..
and that font just doesn't look good at all..
