The displace is... certainly interesting... and the splatter on the hand is ... awkward.

Agreed on the splat and i don't like the render/stock personally but the effects mostly look really nice. A little different to what we usually see around here.

Depth + Lighting needs improvement.
Practice on wave displacement could be worked upon.
was i being talked of the ENTIRE time i was gone :p.
Also, i find the contrast between the render and backdrop could be improved.. it takes the focul point off of the render entirely.
