Now I'm no aficionado of the whole internet-forum-tag-flow-photoshop-c4d-cartoon-sigs... I like it,
I just think that the blood stain really really overwhelms the rest of the sig as it takes so much real estate.
I really think the green glow in the corner was really nice and went with the color scheme. I've haven't done anything like this in a while but, if I remember well I think people used to say to never cover the focal too much.
Just my opinion, take it or leave it.

The green glowing orb-type thing to the right of the image and the red blood splatters stand out to much and take away from the focal points 'focus', which I'm pretty sure is the batman.

I think it is because I put two radial gradients next to him.
I don't get what you're trying to go for in the sig.
Notice the blood's gradient lighter at the bottom?
And lol, notice batman has 3 light sources?
(the orb on HIS left, from the top[could be 2], and from the place that should be his privates)

It's alright, but I don't think it matches entirely.. and looks a bit sloppy. (In relation to the blood placement, although this can be a positive.. In this signature, not so much.)
