    I'd work on the depth alot more because in a black and white singature you to need to have good tone scale of black to white and i cant really see much pure black only dark grays going to light blacks.

    also the stock seems oddly placed on the canvas and the text id work on make it smaller if your using 2 letters and try to blending them it in with the signature.

    NOt a fan of grayscale... the text is off, and the lighting is too simple. It only lights the direct area around it,use the burn and dodge tools to make it effect the whole image.
