    A tag with good potential but has some things that kind of bother me.
    Firstly, badly resized stock.
    Secondly, oversharpened, I like the effects near his right shoulder but I think you need to develop them further out so you create more flow.

    The text is definitely a no go, if you're going to use text then you should work on the placement of it. Here's a decent text tutorial http://img841.imageshack.us/img841/8...xttutorial.png
    There are better ones out there but I just brought this one up as a basic introduction.

    Also try to work on your depth and lighting creating skills. Just search some tuts on dev art or some other popular gfx websites. It all comes through knowledge and practice ;) good luck
