There way to much red :/ and the text is really bad.

Little too much red and not enough other colors, and looks too brushed to me. Maybye make a new layer, hit CNTRL+ALT+SHIFT+E (which copies all layers to that one) then gaussian blurr or radial blurr (zoom) and erase the unwanted parts. Or CNTRL+ALT+SHIFT+E then displace or ripple, then erase the unwanted parts.
After that, CNTRL+ALT+SHIFT+E then sharpen it.
