It's a stock... The "render" is the whole thing, but i tried to make the focus on the hand.
Looks like DJ's style. Clean the effects over the stock a bit.

Thats clipping mask to the right the circler one i dunno about anyone else but it seem out of place :/
Maybe lowering to opacity of it
