It might need a little work though. It's a bit too bright and the animation moves a bit too fast.
Overall, it's a decent piece.
Although I like the overall design of #1, it's too big. #3 is small, clean AND animated.
#3 takes it for me.
#1 is animated too, just not as obvious!

Aw poll's over and it's a tie. too bad, i prefer #1 tbh. 3 is good, but too much flash, if it's on the wrong frame at the time you need to wait 2 secs to see what the award is for.
