Here we go.
1) Font is terrible, does not blend in well.
2) Scan lines, get rid of them. Sometimes they look good, most of the time they are useless.
3) Bad blending of bottom c4d, smudging could do well.
4) Never use brushes on signature. Makes it look corporate.
5) Signature does not have any depth. Check some tutorials on how to add some.
6) Flow is so so, but could be better.
7) Is it just me, or lighting is completely missing?
8) c4d's color scheme does not fit the background. Though the background behind the render is well done.
Lol, all the tuts and all of my experience looking through ALL of the tutorial, smudging, vectoring, stocks, I'VE NEVER HEARD ABOUT A SIG NOT USING BRUSH. -.-"
My lightings comes from the top left. Can't see it? Brush your eyes, maybe too much porn in it. About the depth comment, it's alright cause I'm still having troubles with it. Color scheme? Come on, the stock itself is this color, what do you expect. LMFAO !
Remove the brush at the top right, fix the text and work on your depth.
Btw, weird choice of border placement...
Lmao, firstly, show me a sig which doesn't use brush then I'll accept it. Lmfao. If not, you're the fool. xD
I will be smarter, and will stop this argument. In future take people's opinions and review your outcome, before snapping at the first person who told you the truth.
Here's your color scheme differences.

You win. You're the best gfx here. :D
Um... "normal" signatures don't use loads of brushes and filters. Only those made by wannabe gfx artists that learn their stuff from PS tutorials on dA. Slapping together a few stock images with some c4d (horrible stuff, I hate it) and a bunch of filters does NOT make a signature, nor does it make you a gfx artist. The fact that you would even think about reading a signature tutorial just shows that you don't have the talent to be an artist. Yes, this might sound harsh, but I'm just tired of seeing all this overuse of c4d's and Photoshop filters by disillusioned people that think they're good at what they're doing. What's worse is when they ask for opinions, then snap and act like they're awesome. Don't ask for constructive criticism if you can't handle it.
Anyways, I agree with Error wholeheartedly; The colours don't match at all, the text is almost impossible to read, and there's no focus on anything. What are we supposed to be looking at? If it's the nanosuit, then remove that weird trident-like structure in the top-center, and make the difference between the background and the nanosuit much clearer. Bringing it just a tad closer to the center would help, too. As for your "the stock is that colour, what do you expect?" comment, have you never heard of multiply/colour/dodge/burn? It's very simple to change the colour of something.
Now, before you go smashing on the keyboard with some angsty, butthurt retort, notice that I'm just trying to help.
Pwnd.....
On-topic:
The only real lighting i see is ONLY on the top left.. i dont really like the c4d along the bottom, doesnt fit in well.. I aso think you went a bit heavy on the splatters/clipping mask.
Just my take on it,
