Agreed with FMK, you should move on, but if you would continue, work on blending, remove arrows and color combination is in need of correction.

it looks like 2 totally different styles that don't look so great at all together in one tag.
Vector from arrows and grunge for background.
the background doesnt match with the arrows, the render isnt blended
