noobs nothing decent has been added since cs1
What the...? The lack of updates does not make the application any harder to crack. They have increased security, etc. on it, thus the reason why you'll be hard put finding a working crack for it. I used CS4 for a bit, and for some reason, it keeps on crashing...so I switched back to CS3.
So true.
oh look, a useful thread with lots of tutorial and resources for graphics!!! [and maybe CS4 dowloads aswell]
i think this is allowed since im not posting a direct link to pirated software, if not can a mod please remove the link?

get away all you cs3/4 noobs.
all photoshops are all the same.
i bought cs3, but i prefer photoshop 7, cs3 failsss.
Apparently cs4 has a tool called "vibrance", and a few other semi-useful tools.
And I've probably been using Photoshop 5 and up before anyone else here knew what it was. :T
i find the improvements to be borderline funny. they are funny cause adobe did fuck all and are making a killing, but they arent cause lots of people actually payed thousands for that piece of shit.
much like a cross eyed kid playing whack a mole
I didn't spend my time on it using filters and renders. I actually drew stuff. Something I don't really see anyone else here doing. Apparently the only way to be "good" here is to follow set steps of rendering, and it has to be EXACTLY as whoever the hell said it to be. And in all honesty, thats not the definition of art. :T
Then again, this is the "portfolio", not an art section. But I usually think of portfolios as a collection of professional works that would be accepted by a university or professional firm.
I haven't seen that at all yet. Strange. :C
