hehe he means you can not use anything that is not already on photoshop when you get it, no outside brushes, no resources of any kind, but what is it, its a wallpaper format, right, then I would not join, would wanna join if its sig size... ;) could make some artwork stuff then... wich is all mine and no outside work... xD
Fighting off with default may be easy if you're good on most vector... hmm.
