looks ok, i suggest making it smaller.. thats a pretty big sig... try to use about 400 x 125 as a max, otherwise there huge.
bg dont fit the render and text placement could be better.
oh and, it HUGE! =p

i like the character with that wings but the background could be better and size it too big.
Bg doesn't fit at all with the render you should change the BG and the size to a normal sig :/

i dont think youve heard of the "transform" tool have u? - Ctrl + T... and if u did know it, ur a lazy bum :P all in all its a decent sig i think the bg looks ok, oh and dude not knowing its jin ur a tool, it says it in the topic name and who the hell doesnt know who jin is... honestly. :wiggle:

i could make him look like he owned the world, if i resized him... :P u probably just suck... try holding shift and itll keep the aspect ratio :P or alt + shift to keep aspect ratio wen making it smaller from middle not form side. i think ur a noob :)
EDIT: btw i can see a theme comming along in ur new sigs... try new stuff ay? u'll only improve :P

oh ok, some ppl who use photshop for ages dont know them, its quite funny ^^ but to keep quality its best to change the image size of it on the original image ( IMAGE > IMAGE SIZE ) anyways im off to bed tootles all :)
