so yeh i was thinking EVIL! xD my first ever actual photo editing/manip i never actuly done anything with it so here is the stock:

i know i dint put any righting on it >_< it sucks that bad i dont actuly wona put my name on it xD

Maaaaybe not to those colors. It looks like they have a disease. ._.

Maybe make the skin lighter, and maje the iris color one or two colors, and more saturated.

i would work on the blood (i think it is)
there is a tut in the tut section somewhere that is really good
but that is nice for 1st manip.

also i would try experimenting with changing the colour of the pupil.

those colours are, alright..

but i think a more paley-green would do the trick.
and maybe bring the eyelashes out abit more?

The manip looks like someone with too much make-up without sleeping for
like a week being outside staring at the sun, but good job for first manip.

Looks nice for your first.
But maybe only change the eye color.
Not the whole face.
