So... Made this for a server we're running.
Coding this will be longer than longcat.
Go, go tips while we can actually change stuff on it.
(Goal is to make it bandwidth-efficient)

the navigation is nice, header also. but the content box is kinda to simple..

Don't wanna make it overly complicated, since the whole site will be generated with a PHP class(a quickly written one at that) ;]

Also, try to use as less javascript as possible. As JS tends to viciously anal rape your bandwidth.

Wrong. Thats DOM JavaScript If he uses a Library such as Jquery Or Prototype or Moo.tools its significantly less. because in DOM its larger size and inefficient.

I digress.
The design looks good it would be great finished.
