did u make this in paint shop cause it looks like u used the already made pictures and just put them in the blending is ok but the background just isnt right

Well if you've read my other posts you might see this is my 3rd sig that I've ever made.
Also did you buy your English grade on Ebay?
That's as silly as asking if I made it in pain shop pro..
