second one is better... but u have too much stuff on it imo, id suggest removing the shadow dude and adding some brushes there... plus the text is hard too see, blurring and blending more the flashlight spots would help and the white lines too, imo its 7/10

Hardly any depth.
No flow as what i can see.
The guys face interferes with the colors.
