Pretty Nice For First Time.
Second One Can Use A Bit Better Lighting,
And Better Text.
Um.
Mabye Couldve Chose A Better Stock For The Naruto One.
But Nice For First Time.

First one looks okay, more adjusting could be done though. The lines brushed (black ones) could have been made to fit with the render and bg more, meaning other color. Text needs some work, and background needs another color.

Second one is too simple imo.

Good job however.

in the first place, that aint naruto, that's minato... and it looks bit too bright, and the sasori one is too dark.

That isn't Minato, it's Naruto? The eyes, lines on face, and the clothes are different. Minato's hair goes beyond chin. The first ones colors are abit weird, the effects are very messy and needs to flow abit better. The second one is actually nice for one of your first sigs, but, it's simple and the text could be better.
