Render doesn't blend and text sticks out too much, but good for a first. If you nade it all yourself.

Looks like you just took a bg. Stuck a render to it + shadow (and a blur maybe?). text + outerglow and took the border out of some mmorpgs layout and pasted it.
I'm not going to say it's good for a first, but read up and follow some decent tutorials.

Um its good. But it isnt' a sig. Its a banner. Really good when its a banner ^^. But still good design tech already
