well, to me, the sprite looks kinda distorted =p

maybe put the opacity of the motion blurred layer down a bit?

also, the fire kick thingy looks like it's in 2 parts instead of one continuous fire kick thingy =p

Mm.
The text I'm still not a fan of, it looks kind of .. kid-show ish, and I would think this is more of a bold daring kind of thing.
Not a fan of how it's really dark, and then gets bright in one spot [the purple], maybe attempt to fade them into each other better?
Also, the .. red .. fire thing on his foot I dont really like.
