Plus add alot of depth layers as the image was very bad Quality.

Softened the eye, used angled stokes filter. Could be more done to it. You should try doing depth by hand with brushes, i do that most of the time and it's a good way to do it if you ask me.

if you want more things to do on this pic: Add some Gradiant maps, brush with defaults in random places then use filters and stuff on the brushed areas, add more filters to the entire image and erase the shitty parts.
