best way to get votes at this theme was to get a tag with a mudkip in it, I'm surprised that nobody did that

Looking at the entrants, these are very disappointing 0.0.. With a theme like this, you have
to be fun and creative, and not just use the normal graphics methods, thats why I picked the third one

1 - Not really fan of sprite-tags, but I think there's too much happening..
2 - I am not even going to say nythin' bout this entry:
3 - Sorry, I can only imagine 3 layers for this image.
(1.- Wallpaper/BG, 2.- Yellow bubbles c4d, 3.- Blue c4d behind manaphy)
(Both layer 2 & 3 have different blending modes of course.)
4 - Blending is badly done, but it seems like the only entry that makes sense.
