Remove that flash on the left hand side. Go easy on your font size. Else it's neat.
It looks quite cool actually, but the text anal rapes it. I suggest making it a lot smaller and just make it arial.

Anyways, If it is your work then it looks excellent. The only thing you need to work on is the Text.
