I don't know what CnC stand for but I can comment it.
The font is a little to much of "Bevel and Emboss". Rest is ok though. 8/10

try brushing the bg a lil better,
by better what i mean is that try to add a certain flow for the bg, try balancing the darker parts with the lighter parts too
also try to change your way of coloring
a script font does not seem to fit the sig imo, and it is rather too big.
