[Help]How do you put one layer ontop of the other

I know this mite be a stupid question but since im a begginer at PS:CS,
I havent figured out how to put one layer ontop or behind another.
I know there is way to do this but just don't know how,
Would be trully greatful for an answer.

Make a new layer, and when you do, there will pop up a new layer :P

When you do, drag the layer over and under the layer you want to, it's not so hard.

I suggest you to do simple things, and smallers.
