[Help] Text disolving into background/brushes

I was not sure where to put this so I figure that this is related to signatures so I posted it here. If this is the wrong section, feel free to delete it/move it or tell me so I can delete it.

Well my question is how would I disolve my text into my brushes/background? I tried changing it to disolve and such but it gets all pixelated and shows white dots. If you don't get what I mean I'll try searching up a sig that shows it.
