Not bad, a little dark but otherwise your getting pretty good.

1)i would suggest better text
2)1 px black boarder
3)dont colour balance or what ever you done over render like that
4)mabye feather the render into bg
5)mabye create a light sourse always makes a little more interesting
6)generally make bg more complex
7)i will now stop giving advice :) and gl on the next :)
