If you know how to/like smudging, try smudging c4d on the background? Maybe also adding a light source?

Honestly it looks great except for the stripes. They don't match the flow of the signature and are setting it offbalance. Remove those and it's fine :).

You could do more with the background. Like removing those lines and doing some smudging.
