The render, you blurred it on the arm and some other places, made it look a little weird.
And you should try using colors rather than black and white.
And it could use a better light source.

when you cant distinguish between a hand and a shoulder, you know you did something wrong. burn the hand a little so you can tell that the hand isnt some horrible deformity attached to her shoulder
