4th looks good, only backround could maybe be better - right now it looks too.. well, I think it would look better if it were cleaner.. maybe even a vector BG. but nice job anyway!

Sorry bud, your tech borders are terrible ;/ they don't even look techy, try a grey gradient and play around with some filters. The colours look bad in the first, the border should be plain blck imo. the 5th is too busy, the fourth is ure nicest but the render needs blending. The text on the other hand is very nice.
