Whats up with the render? Did you lower its opacity? Also, why is it so small? Try to make you're render take up some more space instead of image size reducing it so low.

I don't like the blueness of it, doesn't blend well.
Post a V2 without the blueness, and try some other blending methods.

Getting bette, but your not a pro yet. The C4D placemend is alright, and the faded cloud thing looks decent aswell. But as Sky said, the render should be bigger. And the text needs to go, it is horrible quality and ruing the img.

You should start working with more photoshop tools instead of placing and fading images thow.
