yeah i also think its too big, but i need a better background as the dragon! If u get alca, plz post ;) anything nice, would be great, then i add the rain and finish :) rage: i could teach u...but takes some time! i will write u a tut here.... maybe u uderstand!!!!
Here is the promised tutorial how to make a nice looking rain effect.
I hope I can help you with this
1. Open the image where you want to add the rain effect
2. Make a new layer(Ctrl+Shift+N)
3. Fill it with black
4. Filter>Noise>Add Noise...
Amount: 100%
Distribution: Uniform
Monochromatic: Checked
5. Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
You can mess around with these settings, I used
Angle: -63
Distance: 15
6. Now change the Blendmode, I changed it to Soft Light but i think it depends on your background color
7. Repeat step 2 until 6 a few times. So that you have five different rain layers. Hide all those layers.
8. File>Jump To>Adobe Imageready (Ctrl+Shift+M)
9. Make 5 new frames, and use on every frame another rain-layer.
10. Set "Frame Delay Time" to the speed you like, I used 0,1 sec.
11. No, we've to save it. Go to File>Save Optimized and I think GIF is selected beneath the filename. Save it, and you're ready!
