Ok, Flawz or what ever your name is, I hope this one goes right.
I've been working with a paid designer for a few days now, and am pretty much happy with the design I am about to show you.
But, every website needs feedback, and I want some from you guys.
If you got nothing but negative things to say, go away, I want ways to improve the layout, not to hear some random 10 Year old Habbo tard whine.

That's the design.
First of all... Why don't you want to hear someone that just put up the negative things on the page?
Well... I list you some thinks I like (+) and some I ain't like (-).
+ The orange colour
+ The navigation fields on the left
+ The black border on top, navigation and bottom to group what is what
- To many different font types
- Why are the navigation fields on the right not like those on the left?
- The Home, Forums, Account... navigation could be more special and also the font isn't that great for it
- The font on the navigation fields to the left and the right sucks hard course its difficult to read :(
- Times New Roman isn't the best you could choose for web.. Try to change the content font to Verdana, Tahoma or Arial...
So far...
Well Decent make.
- The font could be better on the sub headers.
- The buttons could have been better.
- Lil bitta too much contrast in the way things are placed and designed. Maybe you wanna fix that.

The right one is just meant for linkage to stats, while the left one will show a bit more details, user count online etc.- Why are the navigation fields on the right not like those on the left?

1. Try going for a dark looking/ancient mmorpg layout.
2. Way too many fonts. Stick with one like Arial.
3. The fonts on the images look cheap and wont attract users. Try working on those a bit more.
4. Don't over do it with the scan lines, it ruins the layout and hurts the eye.
5. The buttons ruin it. Try going for something like the ones on planetphotoshop. Vista-like.
Well that's pretty much it for now I guess.
Why should I want it dark when the name is Sunrise ?
Scan lines? I'll ask the designer.
Why and how does the button ruin it ?
Take a look at WoW or Cabal sites. They're dark/ancient looking. You can make something like that and still involve a sunrise.
The buttons just seem plain and stick out abit too much.
The color's were chosen as we want a light and bright theme, dark is not my thingy.

Omg that actually looks awesome, btw was it made in photoshop then webcoded?
I suggest to add some reflections on menu's buttons and some nav images. And there to many scan lines =/... well its nice anyways.

I like it, but get rid of the pulse font, it's ugly as hell imo.
In my opinion... I wouldn't paid a cent for that... :(
