the logo is kinda big and the colors arent good , i dont like the font and its not blended really well.

Not gona comment the first one that one is beyond any help.
The second one's background is nice, but should have a border thats visible, u can hardly see the white one and the font choise, placement and blending is very bad.

good-tutorials has some good text blending tutorials tho

the first one is just plain wrong...

for the second i like the bg, but the text is not really visible and i suggest a render for an abtract sig, it looks wierd having just text, imo.

1st "logo". take all the scan lines off and change the text

2nd "sig". needs a border and take them scan lines out of the text
