The red thing makes it look off-centre; but I suppose you were going for that?
The red thing is supposed to look like it's in the black thing... And I believe it pretty much looks like that.
What text will you add to it? and where?

Just play around with the text a bit.
Try to put it behind the ring and make it more massive. Maybe it looks nice =x

It's supposed to look like the red cylinder is touching the upper inner side of the circle...
Change the text style and font. And I feel that changing the viewing angle of the logo might make it look real good. Like just raise it a lil bit?
