The text doesn't go with the background at all o_o.
Well duh, if I did that, then it would just blend into the background, which would make it hard to see.

From what i see, its more like a render with a brush or something swirly behind .
Could have some more improvement , try doing rounded edges for example , they make a nice addition to any work .
That swirl tutorial is horrible for a background. To be blunt, ragezone is a horrible place to read tutorials from. 1/10.
I can tell theres only 3 things in there,
The background, the twirl and the render (kinda obvious)
And it looks horrible, the render doesnt blends in with the sig.
