Heh I Like 2nd , Simplystic FTW :P
For the first one: 7.5 = because its a little to bright and to cluttered.
For the second one: 10 = simplistic yet effective.
alot of vector sigs are real easy to make.. and they look stylish .. the second one is definatly better than the 1st
