Imo, too many [random] colors. Choose about 2 or 3 when making next.
Work on size, and text.
I'd say about 5/10.
Tbh, i don't think a 10 year old should even be in ragezone. For the actual signature, it looks like crap. Overfilled with gay effects, and text. Colors don't match and maplestory is gay.

2/10 for the effort, I'm not GFX elite master, but I think thats absolutely horrible.
You just added colours to a default fireworks design, added text and a picture.

It just looks like a random background with a maplestory pic

Mapple sigs suck.
For one get photoshop you ll improve more.
Add C4Ds to your work dont just planet Images in a BG.
Also keep to one font style to many looks tacky.
Workong Smudging its a really nice technique when u get the hang of it.
And also.. Rendering it properly

not to be rude but i can make better stuff then that when i wasnt even using photoshop...but for a 10 year old...not bad i guess?
if you want a pretty sig, save it as a png or gif...jpg sucks...it ruins your cleanliness of the picture. Especially on txt. so i recommend you use photoshop. or whatever can save it as those.
And i agree with rain...thats not a signature. more like a banner.

Your the one who's started flaming the signature when you could have easily said it in more polite words, it seems like i got tired of some person that spent a few hours on photoshop and thinks there all pro now and decides to flame a 10 year old girl.
