Not too sure if I like the blending of the border in with the background.
The quality of the background could be a little more detailed so we can see all that stuff a bit more clearly.
And yeah the render should have been higher quality. I like the font it fits.

Overall it's pretty good, good ideas, just the quality...otherwise it's nice. 8/10.

tqs lol can't find a decent render for itachi, and can't make one( don't know how to)... lol i'm used to black borders, coz white border won't show on RaGEZONE forums, i think.. where can i get nice renders?

The bg is a little plain, but that's just my opinion, other then that not bad.

It's a nice work. Render is low quality, true, but not that bad.

You could try with a couple of strokes for you border...
Add a new layer (on top), select all, then go to Edit -> Stroke, and add a 2px white stroke; at second repeat the operation, but add a 1px black stroke... It's simple, but works fine :P Give it a try, maybe you like it :) (you can even set it to overlay or something to make it more interesting)
