-1/4 for the render ( IT SUCKS )

lets see..
bg is ok, a little too plain.
the text sucks, dont like where it is placed.
and as allocura said, cant see the bottom part.
the render is of very very low quality and it pretty much ruins the whole thing.
dont use bevel..it doesnt look nice.
also add a border.

font is great, basically everything is good but out of place.

try some belnding tutorials to bring the render out more.

you want the render to be the center of attention, then text, then background to give it a polished look.
