I don't see how you managed to screw up the image quality in your signature but got the full quality shown here. Why would you save it as a .bmp? Paint?.
Anyways, you could use a border and a better font. The signature background do not fit the render at all.
And your avatar is still very disturbing =/ Can't help it.
The render doesn't really blend well with the background and the underline on the text looks weird.
Colors. Blending. Text. Well, you could do better if this is your first try.
