theres many tutorials in the tutorial section, you just need to put the time into reading them. The more work and time you put into something the better it will be.

yeh i just checked a few tutorials and decided to have another go =\ hope this ones is better
just put in 2 things i like... my clothes... and simpsons :P



oh and i dont have all the filters in my version of photoshop that are bein posted.. nor a C4D render, and not 1 special brush thing.. or i just dont know how to access them since i never started using photoshop till yesterday

Okay, look at the resources section, download some new brushes.
Use tutorials, c4d's are shit anyway, unless you make the c4d yourself.
You should have the filters, if not google it.

If you follow a tutorial to the exact detail you will get something tht looks similar.

i follwed many and even saved them, coz most are huge pictures.. anyway i followed a few and noticed that they are using PS CS2 and i dont have that i have PS CS, about the brush and stuff ive downloaded.. i dono how to use them or were to get them from, excuse me for bein a noob at this
