1. add some more percentage to the 'fill options' of the font layer. Maybe other font
2. render is good specially with the white on the bottom
3. background is good
4. at some places the render goes over the border, so I suggest you move the render layer below the border/stroke layer ...

6.5/10 the render needs a bit better blending, it goes over the border, also font is iffy...
