to messy... clean it up, loose scan lines or give them an opacity of about.. say, 15% umm yea.

It looks like several brushpacks have thrown up all over a canvas then you put some text on. Sorry dude but it just doesn't work at all. The font is awful and there's no original work in there from what I can see. Also looks like one brush spilled out of the border on the right hand side.

Good try though, keep practising but try messing about with blending and using brush packs that actually fit together.

Those tech effects are to random .... Dont really like it.

eh, I guess I improved it now.
Made the color darker and removed the scan lines that were in the table.
