Something just doesn't work there.

Combo of the pictures , lightining and the font is quite bad.
The tribal symbol is not showting really and i don't like its bevel.
The blue on the side isnt visible \ understandable(is it a text?)

I really liked the lightening lol but the text isnt good at all. Forget about inner glow.

the reccomendation on making good text

drop shadow:opacity 60% ; distance 2
bevel and emboss:size 1
stroke size 1 color black

i reccomend apply color overlay color that suits your back ground this kind of font fits many signatures ;)
