Only things I see that you did are : resized the picture, put black scanlines on em and your name. I cant rate it since its a resized stock

tbh its not worth rating get rid of the scanlines and actually do something with the stock

That's because he has no clue about creating signatures. Anyone who does just says:
Again, refer to tutorials and read them carefully, if you don't understand what some of it says then either look around in the "help" menu or just play around. IMO you should check out Flawz' tutorials as they are newbie-friendly and very detailed (look hawt too).
