Do not bevel the border! :P
Maybe that sort of animation could be better with a better font/color.

I told u before man (i think :o) dont get angry we're trying to help. Change the bevel border to 1 pix black border (go edit>stroke) . When i first looked i didn't like it, but now i look at it closer your background is pretty nice, just try and blend in the render of the glowing dude :P.

    Try this:
    1. Duplicate the render layer.
    2. On the lower (original) layer go Filter>Blur>Motion Blur and set it to a low setting (close to the lowest).
    3. On the same layer (lower) press Ctrl+U and set the colour of it to the same kinda green/grey colour as your background. Tick the colourize box before changing the colour. (It helps to hide the upper render layer)
    4. Try all of the different blending settings (top left of layer box) with the upper (un-blurred) layer making sure that the lower layer is showing.

You should be able to get a really nice effect on your renders this way, works well with almost all renders/images well (and sometimes text too).

    Good luck.
