This time I'll be totally objective for once. Or that car was cutted out perfectly, or it was standing on those tiles. Text is putted nice, good font, only a bit hard for ppl with bad eyes to read, but on the other hand, they have glasses or lenses. The border arround the picture is putted out nicely, you can't see it when you look at it once, but that makes it good and elegant (towards my opinion) and last but not least the car lights are done verry good, I only suggest the light stay a bit longer.

Great work for a first sig mate..
verry verrry easy to make with flash ^^ and err... dont convert *.gif files from flash... use other convertors... this in-built flash convertor just makes graphic bad...
and light should come slower and fade in slow...
if its ur 1st flash job aslo then good... if not then.. err.. try more

Have to agree with Valix on this one. That car looks to good to have been extracted, which suggests you just used a picture and did nothing to it. This isn't always a bad thing, however I would suggest using more than one render, or extracting pieces and using them on backgrounds. Dont just use the pic as it is.
Also, I would make the car lights fade slower.
Other than that -- Good Job!! :thumbsup:

and err... I would make lights in err.. 2 colors.. like more bright on center of lights and then goes to dark
