    My third L2 sign

So I made yet another signature. At least now it's not too plain, as i have learned the ultimate power of brushes
I made this as blue as I could, eaven if someones will say it's dull. Well, what do you think? What's good and what's bad. And the most important thing, which one is better? The one with brighter inner glow, or the other? And wouldn't mind if you'd also rate it */10 ;)

Background its too blue, try to do this: "Layer>New adjustment Layer>Color balance"
A window will popup, press ok then another will popup, in that one move the bars till you get a cool colour, the text improved but its hugly, try to add some blending options ;)
i will give you a 4/10 and 2/10 in the first ones

I tried this too and liked what it made to it. Do you guys also think, that this is better than previous? New one on top, old one in the bottom.
