here's my constructive comment again

1. I suggest a visible border
2. The render is not cutted out so wel:( practise abit more :) or try to find some transparant renders
3. The font is good only the blending could be better
4. background is not bad but could use some improvement, use color balance in stead of colorize

Yea the cutting ain't nice, you can see a tutorial made by me, that will teach you how to use the pen tool to cut your images, like valix said you should use a visible border and use some blendering in the text, like the background effect but tis a bit dark ;)
i will give you a 6/10
